This page contains important information about how your tags are delivered, the services offered by Nordic Star and our full Terms and Conditions for retail customers.  

  

Delivery

 

  • New metal/plastic tag combinations are posted within six working days.
  • New plastic tag combinations are posted within two working days.
  • Replacement tags are posted same day if required. Ask for Special Delivery in urgent situations.
  • All oders are sent first class.

 

Customer Service

Our expert staff discuss your requirements with you.  If there is a problem during the registration process we will let you know immediately to avoid any unnecessary delay.  Place your order before 3pm and urgently needed tags will be in the post the same day.

 

Tag Applicator

We recommend that Nordic Star plastic tags are inserted with an approved Nordic Star applicator which can be purchased directly from us.  Please click here to contact us for other applicators which are compatible with Nordic Star’s plastic and metal tags or call us on 0800 731 9465.

 

Ordering Tags

If you are an existing customer you can submit your order form to us electronically.  Please note that we require a phone number, preferably a mobile, to be able to contact you in case there are any problems.  If we are not able to contact you there may be a delay in the delivery of the order.
