All new runs of tags will be despatched within 3 working days if not sooner.
We aim to despatch all replacement cattle tags, ordered before 3pm the same day, by first class post
Replacement cattle tags can be collected from the Harrogate office on the same day as ordering – please allow one hour for collection
Postage times may vary, depending on the service provided by Royal Mail & DPD.
Replacement tags are despatched via Royal Mail 1st Class, new tag runs are shipped via DPD tracked. Postage/shipping rates are charged at volume variable rate, calculated at checkout.
Special delivery options are available for all tag orders – please contact customers services to discuss your requirements
Tags and accessories can be ordered via website, dedicated phoneline, email, UNIFORM-Agri module & post.
Refunds / Returns policy- These are treated on a case by case basis please contact the Customer Service team.
Order are processed and despatched prior to an invoice being raised. Payment is due 30 days from invoice date. Payments can be made via bank transfer, card transaction or NMR direct debit as per details on invoice.
